1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing a ticket on Event Nesto, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the organizer.
• Digital tickets will be emailed to your registered email address after payment confirmation.
• Event Nesto charges a platform service fee on each booking. This fee is non-refundable.
• Prices shown are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer's refund policy.
• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
• Processing time for refunds is 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

• Organizers must provide accurate event details including date, time, venue, and ticket pricing.
• Organizers are solely responsible for the delivery and quality of their events.
• Organizers must comply with all local laws and obtain necessary permits.
• Event Nesto charges a commission on each ticket sold. The current rate is displayed in your organizer dashboard.
• Payouts are processed after the event date, subject to our payout schedule.
• Fraudulent events or misrepresentation will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Listing fake, fraudulent, or misleading events.
• Reselling tickets at inflated prices (scalping).
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
• Using bots or automated tools to purchase tickets.
• Harassing other users, organizers, or staff.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Event Nesto — including logos, design, code, and text — is the property of Event Nesto and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Event Nesto is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed by organizers. Our liability is limited to the ticket purchase amount. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
